Catt is a gorgeous lady based in the UK, a film student and fashion designer. I discovered her awhile back, but only got to know that we share something special recently: we both are Jason Derulo fans.
I caught up with her to know more about her, and she genuinely came across as the ultimate dreamer and doer!
Well, that’s a unique way to blend her love for arts and fashion. Catt, whose designs are inspired by the African culture tells me more about her inspiration as we talk over the phone.
“She is literally amazing. Her mom got her own salon business in the UK. My boyfriend is also one of my biggest success muses. It’s a whole new level when you have someone on the same wave length as you – someone that can literally push you to go hard and do something,” she reveals.
Her love for fashion has been ingrained in her since she was a kid. She loved purple while growing up and grew into having a penchant for black. Her style is synonymous with Khaki all white. Mwiti keeps her style simple yet sexy.
“Fashion is forever changing. Style is always changing. You know I’m wearing flats throughout the day then I’m wearing heels at night. Last year I was wearing Nikes, this year I’m wearing Adidas and Yeezy’s! Same with last year being one for normal tops and this year it’s leotards!,” she reveals.
Her African inspired line is street style but still authentic. The brand name is KUSHH, which means Knowledge & Unity of Spiritual HipHop. Catt also models for the line, which she co-owns with her boyfriend.
Apart from the clothing brand, she’s also poised to start a restaurant business. A club is also one of the enterprises she seeks to explore and still attach it to the fashion and catering business, such that it is a whole business empire.
Well, that’s amazing stuff right there! We do with her the best! Check out some of her amazing designs:
